How often do you scoop the poop?

Our team offers weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time cleanup options to best fit your needs and your pooper scooper budget.

How much do our services cost?

Pricing for pooper scooper services in is based on the number of dogs, frequency of service, and size of the yard that needs to be cleaned.

Does Poop Troops take the waste after clean up?

Poop Troops strives to offer a premium subscription service and takes the dog waste after each regular cleaning.

We currently do not take the waste for one-time cleanups. This feature is reserved for subscribers only.

What happens to the dog waste?

We make sure to properly dispose of the waste so you don’t have to worry about stinking up your trash can. There are also no extra charges for taking the waste as it is included with your monthly subscription.

Do you provide services year around?

Yes! Poop Troops provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

Can you clean with my dogs in the yard?

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the cleanup while you go about your day. If there are any special instructions, just let us know!

Do you clean dog poop during the winter?

Yes! We provide year-round service, but extreme weather conditions may cause delays. If snow or ice covers the waste, we will clean it up once it becomes visible.

What if I forget to unlock my gate?

If we can’t access your yard due to a locked gate, we will notify you and reschedule if necessary. To avoid missed cleanups, we recommend using a combination lock and providing us with the code.
